Shouldn't a prenup of a presidential candidate be more damning then it has been? I mean if your own wife doesn't trust you? Has ANY presidential candidate had a prenup? Seems this should be bigger news, or just hasn't had its moment yet? or just common knowledge and a yawner? His second heiress and all, its obvious why she has it. Maybe its more common then I thought.
Gerbil Boy was the original American Gigolo!
That they have one at all. Maybe its really popular and not that big a deal anymore. Just seems that for a potential "first couple" it would look bad.
Yes, it is worthy of consideration. But if YOU were Ta Ray Zaa, would YOU trust him?
Actually, aren't they both gerbil-boys? One used it for one purpose, the other gave mouth-to-mouth to save it. I wonder if it was the same gerbil? EEEEWWWWWW!!!!!
The Heinz Fortune is more than I can fathom. If there was no pre-nup we would say she was stupid. She has her children from the Heinz marriage to think of. The Heinz fortune is theirs by right. Not Kerry's.
Anyone with money would be a fool not to get a prenup...This has nothing to do with trust. Believe me.
It would probably be more relevant if John Kerry made his entire Democrat Nominee Acceptance Speech about his marital record, and asked people to "judge me by my marital history" and then a group called "John Kerry's Ex-Wives For Truth" came forward with a book entitled "Unfit To Be a Husband" and then the Kerry campaign tried to smear the group by saying they were never in the same bed together since he took a liking to that hamster.
Looking at the last forty-odd years of Presidential fidelity.
We had JFK (the first) sneaking Marilyn into the rear foyer.
We had Jimmy "lusting in his heart"
And of course we had the Little Rock Tomcat.
But all the Pubs during those years - Nixon, Ford, Reagan, Bush I, Bush II - are beyond reproach.
LBJ also seemed to be faithful, but then again, he was a Blue-Dog-Dem
Exactly.
If she doesn't trust him, why should we? LOL
I had forgotten about poor ole Licorice. Licorice was lucky he wasn't on Teddy's dock!
I think it's fairly common these days, particularly for second marriages. I would imagine their prenup is fairly striaght-up: What's yours is yours and what's mine is mine.
I think it's a pretty safe bet there are tons of rich conservatives on second or third marriages who have prenups. It's quite common and the smart thing to do no matter how much you trust somebody. There's really nothing to talk about on this point.
I've been trying raise awareness by getting this bumper sticker out:
So have I
Swiftvet do not trust Kerry, Threasa Prenup does not trust Kerry, Why should we trust Kerry with our country?
As wealthy as she is she would have to be even more nuts than she is not to insist on a pre-nup.
