A formal investigation letter by Amtrak alleges Farr violated company rules by being disrespectful to passengers, and behaving in such a way as to prompt criticism of Amtrak. What a crock! If it was the train of President Bush and he made the same comment, nothing would've happened. Even the Kansas City Star poll on the linked page is running 62% against Amtrak on this issue.

The Conductor Should be suspended if not fired.
Otherwise, we will have every Amtrak conductor spouting telling all the people on the trains who to vote for. And I would imagine that most of the Unionized Conductors are Democrats.
