Do you honestly think that if they'd forseen people moving into the state 2 1/2 months before the election they wouldn't have put a minimum time on it, much like they did on how long the person needs to have lived in the US?
And I didn't like that fast "move" by Cheney. But at least he'd live in Wyoming before so there was some legitimacy to his claim. Which is a step better than Keyes has right now. And I'm not whining or screaming, I'm stating the plain truth: no one can be a legitimate representative of a state they've never lived in, not Keyes, not Clinton, no one.
