Sounds like the good old Cold War, doesn't it?

One never knows if the Russians actually do anything like this or if they just beat their chests and pump up their egos.

Our missile defense system scares them all silly because we will not be intimidated by their missiles.

During the Iraq War, there was a Russian military arms site bragging about all the wonderful tech they had given/sold to Saddam. IIRC, they bragged then of having satellite destroyers. Nothing came of it, of course, and their weapons were not as good as our defenses or our offense.

I think we only know if they really have anything if we hear that our State Department is making noises about it in the UN.
