It depends on what you mean by in. If you mean "inside of", then no, he wasn't in Cambodia - but that isn't what he meant. If by in you mean "not in" then that is eaxactly what Kerry meant.

You're kidding, but that was Mara and Juan's argument on the roundtable discussion. Kerry mistakenly thought he was in Cambodia at the time.

I heard the upcoming spin from Mora Liarson today. She made some comment about "maybe Kerry thought he was in Cambodia but later discovered that he wasn't"
