Wieseltier went on at considerable length about how, justified as Bush hating may be, horrible as the Right may be, assassination is going too far. This qualifies Wieseltier as a level-headed moderate. Such is today's climate. No, it's wrong — no matter how much the Right baits us — to indulge in "wild talk" about killing President Bush!
