How about you rely on the good judgement of the guy who you allow on a crowded aircraft with a loaded gun. If he can be trusted to know when to shoot in a pressurized aircraft, he can be trusted to dress himself in the morning.

You're right, I think. Some things are just so obvious that it's painful. WHY do they need to wear a sport coat? Are they afraid they won't look professional enough to any terrorist on board? Ah, bureaucracy, it's a wonderful thing, isn't it?

It was also inaccurate.
Modern airliners can lose as many as four windows and keep flying relatively normally.
