In today's Atlanta Journal Constitution, the newspaper (is it one? I guess it reports on the Atlanta Braves...) goes to great lengths to defend Sin Ketchup ( or is that Senator John Kerry) as a Baby killer, and attack Christians.
A professor is quoted as being a better "church authority" than part of the Magisterium of the Church, according to this article.
And then the Kerry campaign claims that since John Kerry is a Catholic, this is a private matter.
Except that the single largest religious group is Roman Catholics in the United States.
Only by looking at this through the eyes of humor can one not cry at how pitiful a newspaper the Atlanta Journal (?) Constitution (maybe a communist one) can become.
There are shouts of foul play in todays article because the Archbishop of Atlanta has decided to declare Church Doctrine something that politicians must abide -- especially since many Catholics look to Catholic political leaders for their leadership.
This can cause confusion as to what to believe when one realizes that Senator Ketchup, who openly advocates Baby Killing. Partial Birth Abortion is considered by most knowledgable people as baby killing. This has been something that Senator Ketchup constantly has voted for. After all, squashing the heads of babies makes for some good Heinz Ketchup...
And then there is the Ketchup Legacy of Vietnam -- shooting young boys in the back to win the Silver Star. After all, it is not real, it is just ketchup that flows from the back of the young man...
The Atlanta Journal Constitution picks a few well chosen people to air THEIR VIEWS and attack the ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH.
After all, it is about FREE SPEECH and FREE PRESS.
But what about FREEDOM OF RELIGION? What about John Kerry's obligations as a Catholic -- if he is to consider himself one.
But I once said that the Atlanta Journal Constitutuion would back Adolf Hitler for President, and I honestly believe I may be right on that point.
Reading the article in today's paper, you must wonder what sort of FRUITCAKES are Professor's Emeritus at Emory University.
One is quoted basically as saying -- do your own thing -- let your conscious be your guide, and the magisterium of the Church is a nothing body of celebrate men that know nothing of this world.
But don't priests hear people confessions, and learn many, many real things about this world. I guess not, according the University of FruitCake Professors, under the guidance of Dr. Ted Turner, new President of religion, and leaving his job at Turnerless Broadcasting.
After all, since there is no God, as Dr Ted Turner clearly knows, then anything can be used in a political campaign to save a liberal candidate.
So thou shalt kill to save the guilt of the candidate.
Thou shalt lie and poison the minds of people for the sake of the candidate.
Thou shalt get newspapers to bear false witness against good people.
What a wonderful world we live in! After all in the land of Oz, there witches and wizards. Some are good witches and some are bad witches. And some wizards are a little goofy but that is why he became Micky Mouse's good friend (the dog Goofy).
Or am on the wrong planet, and it should be Pluto.
Scotty, time to beam me up. There does not seem to be any intelligent life on the staff of reporters and Editors of the Atlanta Journal Constitution...
And besides, the streets are full of ketchup -- that red stuff. Maybe it is Commie ketchup in newsapers I am seeing...
bump
Or well, maybe Sinator Ketchup will have to play catchup from now until November.
God bless...
