As a nurse I understand the function of the gowns while in bed and would help people put another one on backwards if they got up. No one likes wearing them but it makes me mad that nothing changed until "foreigners" complained.
Exactly!
I've had wonderful nurses like you! Helping me put another gown over top the gown I had on. They CAN be uncomfortable.
But I see where the priorities lie..........for the IMMIGRANTS! Gee, should be thank them?! :(
I recently had this problem in the ER. Having your backside oggled by the motley crew of junkies and drunks who congregate there nightly to plead for painkillers can stimulate some thought. I determined to make myself a suitable well-fitted johnny and keep it in the trunk of my car against future emergencies. Someone, somewhere might see this as an opportunity for a cottage industry.
ROFLMAO oooops ROFLMBO Cindy...you GOT to be kidding LOLOLOL Best one I've read in a LONG time, Uhhhhh Yup! I've been in nursing and around for over half a century and guess what???????????????? Women BORN in good ol' America have been complaining about these "GOWNS" (stupid word for ratting fashions) FOREVER ! LOLOLOLOLOL And not just here in MAINE but all over this country! Why did Maine change things now? MAYBE BECAUSE IT"S ABOUT TIME LOLOLOLOL, or maybe cause they were shamed by some people who claim more morality? Whatever MOST of us WOMEN are GLAD it's been changed!
