What is the goal of Bush in this? Does he really care so little about what the American people want? Is he trying to lose votes from Americans just for a few more votes from Mexican citizens? I think anyone who knows the life of Silvestre Reyes or much about the border knows why he's in Congress, who put him there, and what issue made him famous and popular enough to get elected.
