Did anyone tell you that you have the best handle on FR?
Obviously Condi, you are not from the south. This can be a very hot topic down here!
During my little break, I found a new smoker. It's a beauty built on an old truck chassis with a huge propane tank welded to the frame. She pulls like a jewel, very heavy duty. I'm going to mount a firewood box and supply cabinet on the tongue, maybe sandblast and repaint (but old smokers look great, too).
BBQ is religion on FR and this thread has a lot of praise! Amen!
