The fun reasons to vote for GWB

Posted on 08/06/2004 9:01:54 PM PDT by runner34

There are several important reasons to vote for GWB this upcoming election. To name just a few: continue to stay on the offensive in the war on terror, decrease taxes, protect traditional marriage, the likelihood of several Supreme Court Justices retiring, etc. The list goes on and on and is well documented.

Every once in a while, it's nice to put the serious issues aside for a moment and consider the fun reasons to vote for GWB, especially considering all of the forces in the meida and entertainment industry that are against Bush. Imagine the fun on election night and the days to follow when GWB wins the election. Here is just a short list of reasons it will be fun to vote for GWB. Please add as you see appropriate:

- watching CNN/MSNBC/NBC/CBS/ABC call the election for GWB. The stunned looks will be priceless (they don't even know anyone who will vote for Bush).

- watching the liberal media trying to expalin how and why Kerry lost. They never will understand.

- watching the Hollywood "elites" threaten to move to Canada (we can always hope).

- listening to Michael Moore expalin why Farenheight 911 didn't affect the election.

- showing the liberal musician/entertainers that they don't have the influence that they think they do.

- knowing that Teresa will have 4 more years of hell.

- watching the Democrats tear John Kerry to pieces and realize how weak of a candidate he was.

- seeing the front page of the New York Times declaring Bush the winner.

The list goes on and on........

...watching CNN/MSNBC/NBC/CBS/ABC call the election for GWB. The stunned looks will be priceless (they don't even know anyone who will vote for Bush).

I'm going to HAVE to borrow another vcr this year (I just bought a new one and my others are essentially dead, one eats tapes, the other won't load and a new VCR will be cheaper than any repairs).

I taped CBS and Dan Rather in 2000 (he had some WILD phrases when he got his second wind after Algore Junior claimed "takebacks").

I taped the briefly somber Danratherbiased as he announced that George W. Bush had won.

While I was taping, I flipped the channel and caught Katie Couric in near tears over the news. She was so choked up she could talk (I did not get to tape this as I was rolling tape on SeeBS).

CBS is my top pick for laughs but NBC should be good. Then on ABCDisney there is Petah "I can vote this year" Jennings and George Stephanopolous.

The "almost swallowed my gum" look on their faces should be enough to get any red meat Republican to go to the polls.

I just HAVE to roll tape on two broadcasts this year, too much fun to pass by only once every four years.

Finally having Jay "the chin" Leno and other hosts have to eat it and have their their writers come up with some really good Loser Lurch jokes. (Although Letterman was pretty positive on Bush tonight saying that the war on terror is progressing. Even if slightly, it is working.)

Getting to watch Hitlery prepare her 2008 campaign. It should be even better than watching Kerry trying to disassoociate himself with the liberal label.

- knowing that Teresa will have 4 more years of hell.

Tereeeeeeeza has dropped off on using that phrase now. She must have been hipped to the fact that is very close to saying that the US is the land of Great Satan.

- watching that little vein on the neck of my neighbor (an unrepentant, arrogant socialist) do about 120 beats per minute as he works on his next triple bypass.

Now, now, don't go blaming, John. He can't he'p it.

Just rearrange the chess pieces on the board and let the Queen strike in 2008:

Hope you saw saw Conan the other night. In his via satellite "Interviews" Tereeezzzzaaaa punched Mike Tyson and told him to shove it. Clinton also made made an appearance saying..."I'm Bill Clinton and I'm reporting for booty!!" He did trash on Bush a good bit though, as is customary for most late night shows. (Should W sue like Lurch/Ambulance Chaser)

No, when they can't ignore a story outright, the media presents it from the Democrat perspective:

DNC BAFFLED AT HOW UNPOPULAR PRESIDENT GOT RE-ELECTED

Or maybe a repeat of the Jennings incident:
AMERICA THREW A TEMPER TANTRUM, AGAIN!!!

I had higher hopes for that Conan O'Brien episode (THE only alphabet network program I watch).

If you noticed, Kerry's chin was completely exposed (meaning that it was a "video active" area).

The previous time I saw "Kerry" on Conan, he talked a-w-i-l- ("Awhile! Awhile!) -i - i - i - ile.... and then his Botox started to run out and his whole face turned to dripping mush and stayed that way while "youthful" John Ritter I mean Edwards came on the screen.

Conan got a lot of flak from the libs about that bit on NBC's message forum.
