If you havent heard yet, read the following from Drudge:
BOSTON GLOBE 'REPORTER' PAID TO WRITE CAMPAIGN BOOK FORWARD WHILE COVERING KERRY
BOSTON GLOBE reporter Mike Kranish made waves on Friday by reporting "a key figure in the anti-Kerry campaign, Kerry's former commanding officer, backed off one of the key contentions."
But Captain George Elliott claims the Kranish article is "extremely inaccurate" and highly misstated his actual views.
Oddly, journalist Kranish has been commissioned to write the forward of the official Kerry-Edwards campaign book -- just as he is covering the campaign in an official capacity as a journalist for the BOSTON GLOBE!
This conflict of interest is outrageous! This is a plain case of journalistic malpractice.
Call and email the Globe today tell them to remove Kranish from the campaign coverage and/or FIRE him!

If you wish to hire paid Kerry biographers as your fact-finding reporters, you are free to do so ONLY if you make sure the busy public KNOWS they are getting a Kerry campaign press release, NOT an objective newspaper.
Please immediately change your name to The Boston Kerry 2004 Globe.
Thank you.
Sincerely,

Great email!!
Here we go a'rockin!
FR STYLE!
DONE! With pleasure!
BUMP!
Isn't the Globe a NY Slimes owned lying fish wrap.
BUMP!
Yes.
Make sure that when you write the letter, you also say you will contact their ADVERTISERS. That will get their attention. I already wrote my letter. I pointed out to them that after the Jayson Blair incident, we have become increasingly skeptical of any reporter. I also told them that Mike Kranish owed his readers a disclosure that he was being hired by the Kerry campaign. I suggested he be fired for his lack of honesty and that I would also be writing to their advertisers.
Sounded like Rush just said that the Dems are announcing that the Kranish paid campaign Kerry-Edwards bio may not be released.
If so--the timing fairly drips with CYA slime.
The book is probably already boxed up for shipping.
We never saw a retraction in the WSJ for the story about the statement by the archive spokesperson that Berger had been cleared. She said that she never made such a statement. I called the WSJ at the time and never heard back.
Did my part - sent an e-mail. Thanks for the info to make this happen.
That's not trivial. The Boston Globe's bias to criminalize the American military in Iraq is designed to help lessen the damage of Kerry's anti-soldier activities in the VVAW.
I saw those photos and instantly knew they were phony. The fact that the Boston Globe's default position is to screw the military nevermind that the story is drippingly inauthentic is telling.
Who benefits from the hyping of ABu Ghraib and the phony "GIs are raping Iraqi Women" story? JOHN EFFING KERRY!!!
Here is my email to the Boston Globe:
Lowball Journalism 101
If what I just read on Drudge is true and you have a reporter covering the Kerry campaign who has written an intoduction to the candidate's campaign book (AND GOTTEN A FEE), your paper has been disgraced.
If there was an Ethics Commission for newspapers, the Globe, as well as your parent organization, would be fined into the stone age.
Don't tell me its another Jayson Blair! Oh this is too good!
Obviously, the NY Slimes as the parent organization of the Boston Globus Hystericas hasn't learned its lesson of the Jayson Blair fiasco.
Conservatives and concerned Nam Vets in the Boston area should be informing every major advertiser of the Globus Hystericas that they are in peril of being like the sponsors of Whoopi were/are.
BOSTON GLOBE CONFLICT OF INTEREST BUMP!
