Do not think it was blackmail; just that he did not have enough personal knowledge of events. He does offer that he believes the Swift-boat Veterans in what they say regarding Kerry.

But as Rush just pointed out; that is not until the third page of his statement; and of couse, will this will not carry the interest of the media as they hype this story.
