Neil has been pointing out this morning that there are television stations who are caving in to pressure from the Democratic Party and the Kerry campaign over the Swift Boat ad.
WDTN-TV Dayton's GM went on the air this morning and insisted that his station would NOT air the ad until they could "verify" the truth of the statements in the ad. Yet the station, according to Dayton-area Boortz listeners, continues to air MoveOn.org ads (like the lie-filled Halliburton ad) and others that go after President Bush without any sort of similar admonition.
Sounds like a double-standard to me...
Thanks!
You've hit the nail on head. The stations probably did not want to air the ad, so they had Kerry send the letter...thereby they don't choose, just obey.
This personal??? They play much more personal crap about
Bush all the time without worrying a bit.
Bravo Sierra Broadcasters.

You are correct. And conservatives have become a small voice in the media wildnerness.
