How in the world did they mistake Hibiscus for pot?
Well it's easy, exactly like pot, the hibiscus has...five...petals...Ooops...LOL
You would think police would have more pressing matters to deal with. I wonder what will happen of the bright officer who masterminded this totally brilliant crackdown ?
They're probably not the sharpest pencils in the box. They had a warrant and by G*d they were going to execute it. You see the simple explanation in their minds is that they can't be wrong. If they're wrong they'll look around for something to justify their actions.
