All he has to do is release the med records. It would discredit this book in an instant...if it isn't true.
First off....Kerry would have to have proof that they hired an investigator.
And that may only hurt him.....since it would show that someone actually dug this info up and it was not just baseless claim.
You are correct, but I think that the after-action reports and performance evals will be even more revealing. One of the swift boat vets said all the performance reports say "requires constant supervision." And if this claim about needing to get him out of combat is true, there's got to be some really bad stuff in those records.
And let's see the documentation on his transfer to the states. All the documents, not just his destination orders.
