When Miz T stepped out, I had a sort of flashback moment and I couldn't remember who it was that was hovering somewhere way back in the memory bank - and then I remembered the strange phone calls to the press, the general insanity - and I thought of Martha Mitchell!
Needless to say, the press wasted no time in polishing off Martha, but I'd be really surprised if they did the same to the Lovely Miz T. They'll protect her, and she'll be politely kept out of sight between now and November.
