"Plow a 1-2 mile stretch of land along the border, put up fences with motion/heat/infrared/pressure/sound sensors, and have it stated policy that anyone caught within the DMZ will be given precisely one opportunity to surrender, after which soldiers or a helicopter gunship will neutralize the issue. "I'm getting tired of repeating this : we TRIED to build a fence, with motion sensors and floodlights....the environazis filied lawsuits and the whole thing is now tied up in court. WHY is this FACT so HARD to get through people's heads?? It's as bad as telling people there is no INS!

What was the enviro's main complaint? Unless the fence vaporized every living thing that came within a few feet of it, what was their gripe?
