NSC Source: Terror Attack to Be in Early September

More financial institutions than previously disclosed may be at risk of attack and an Al Qaeda operative has told British intelligence that the groups target date is early September, intelligence sources said yesterday.

The operative, described as credible by British intelligence, told his debriefers that the attack would take place '60 days before the US presidential election' on November 2, according to a former National Security Council official.

On September 2 President Bush is expected to address the Republican National Convention at Madison Square Garden.

Counter terrorism officials are analyzing data from a computer siezed in Pakistan last month to see if financial instutions in addition to the five disclosed last Sunday are at risk of attack, US officials said yesterday.

A US official familiar with the ongoing analysis of the computer said, 'There are reference to other buildings in the Al Qaeda computer data including a picture of the Bank of America building in San Francisco. 'There is mention of other places.'

Sounds like Bush needs to seal the borders up.

1. Seal up the borders....using the entire military contingent in Germany for starters, setting up a military bases along the U.S. northern and souther borders.
2. Revoke all business, travel and other short term visas of anyone from a country known to sponser terrorism or harbor terrorists and require those visa holders to leave the country.
3. Require all visitors to the U.S. on a travel visa to register each place of residence or lodging they will be staying.
4. Require hotels to obtain a visa from non U.S. citizens and to provide that information to the security bureau.
5. Require landlords of apartments and other long term leased lodging to obtain and report any non U.S. citizens they have leased or rented to.
6. Require any non U.S. citizens from designated high risk countries that wish to travel by any form of public transportation (air, train, bus) to obtain authorization to travel 72 hours prior to planned departure.
7. Require any non U.S. citizens from designated high risk countries to undergo a seperate screening prior to boarding any form of public transportation (air, train, bus).
8. Ban all flights from all high risk countries and countries that do not require a visa from those countries.

That's a start anyhow.

That would be the biggest prize of all for these fiends. Any attack on NY would unleash the dogs of war. No more wringing of hands and worry that we aren't paying sufficient attention to their cultural needs. They need killing and the sooner the better. MOAB time. Simple as that.

The level of disconnect between the reality that this nation is at war for its very existence and the cloud cuckooland the media, Kerry and the RATs inhabit is mindboggling. All they care about is getting back in power, and if thousands of fellow citizens have to die for that to happen, well, too fricking bad. There's literally nothing they won't do. Lie, cheat and steal is just step one of plan A. from the Clinton playbook. Treason, anyone?

Kerry is so predictable. Unlike Howie Dean, who dismisses talk of terrorism as so much nonsense, Kerry is 'concerned', praises the 'little people' who are working hard to keep us all safe. The problem, naturally, is at the top. Bush's decision-making is at fault. He doesn't have enough friends in Europe. He's alienated them and all those nice people at the UN. (What this has to do with our getting bombed to bits is beyond comprehension. Never mind. Moving right along here.)

Kerry has a plan to save the world from terrorism, but....he won't tell us until after he's elected because....his enemies would sabotage his excellent plan. Along with that terrific economic plan we can't talk about because it involves HUGE TAX INCREASES, Kerry gets away with Alice in Wonderland campaigning. Unbelievable. The press acts as if the electorate is a bunch of boobs. Hello. Kerry is an empty suit. Nobody respects him. He has no resume, no integrity, no ethics. He's a user and he's creepy.

To put the safety of millions of Americans in the hands of this man is just plain crazy, and the last time I looked most of America was fairly sane. Terrorists seriously underestimate the American psyche...what makes us tick. One more attack, and we won't worry about collateral damage in the Middle East or anywhere else. If Palestine's existence is a problem, we'll take care of that once and for all. There'll be no need for a Palestine if there are no Palestinians, and every single Arab country will have a hand in the decimation of those wretched people. And Iran, and Syria, and whoever else gets in our way. There is one superpower, the US. And make no mistake, the price for western civilization will be paid in Muslim blood.

It will be interesting to see if Hill and Bill are anywhere near New York in early Sept. Maybe they'll be away on vacation along with their media pals. We should keep a tally of where the RATS are from now until the election. This is exactly like London during the Blitz. Our friends, the Chinese are watching all this with interest, by the way. As well as North Korea. GW has no choice but to act swiftly and with deadly force.
