I agree with you, Davey, but JustPiper and MamaDearest don't agree. They have concerns. We both need to read all the posts first before we post more about it, I guess. I do not think MamaDearest's post was a flame whatsoever at all. She just brought up a concern, BTW.
The concerns I have were brought up by the last fiasco. I posted something for five minutes, asked for it to be removed and threatened unmercifully. Yes, I've worked hard to keep TM going despite the determination to bring it down.
I just do not want a repeat and now when I go on other boards I am looking for copyright, warnings, etc and will not post from these places unless I have permission from the mods of that board, it is their house. So if Casey is the mod and she says fine...also has anyone asked JR's opinion on these type issues? Maybe FR even has a policy?
I just know I do not want JR to ever have to go through anymore legal grief and that is my only issue.
Mayhaps ask the experts in law here?

You would be correct Donna Lee. It was not a flame. It was a concern. Keeping our thread going and not getting litigated because we are unknowingly picking up something we thought belonged to everyone really was someone else's property and they would kill us to keep it. You have it right.
