It is unlikely that cell phones would work inside a secure facility.

Now that is something I would not be so quick to think was true. Why wouldn't cell phones work in a secure facility? I bet they do.

Well cell phones generally don't work in tunnels, and office buildings. These rooms are shielded specifically to prevent electronic easedropping from sophisticated devices so I would believe and ordinary cell phone would not circumvent such precautions.

However, it is true that nothing can be taken for granted after 8 years of Clintonian sabotage.

It would depend on how close you were to the Cell Tower and whether you were on one of the upper floors!
