Personally, I think every color level above green should allow every American citizen to openly carry firearms. That'd sure give those Islamic nutjobs a thing or two to consider before they try going Jihad on us.

I think Steven Emerson's book should be required reading by all Americans. Especially, since it was written in 1994. He pointed out then that the FBI seemed unaware of the threats presented by Islamists.
