Well, over the last two weeks, anyway. Ever since they captured the South African (nominally) woman in McAllen, Texas with a fruadulent passport and couldn't ignore the fact that she admitted crossing the river.

Just heard Barry Farmer on the radio talking about the story in the Tombstone Tumbleweed and the "OTMs" Ragheads and the Border Patrol Desk jockeys telling the patrolmen on the line that they they are not allowed to confirm that they were ARABS.
