The meals came to about $20019 Five Star meals for $10 each. Something here doesn't pass the smell test. Either that or I need to start dining at five star places.

If you read on forums frequented by waitresses & service people, you will find that when they get celebrities, the manager is often in such awe that the meals are given for free. And some celebrities come to expect meals for free. Probably a Democrat restaurant manager who gave these meals for a huge discount.

19 Five Star meals for $10 each. Coupons? Or maybe Tony Soprano placed the order.

$200 was probably just for the tip.

It could be one of the 'inadvertant' dropping of a zero by the reporter. More likely, the 5-star tab would have been closer to $2000 for 19 than $200 for 19.
12 years ago, a boss took the office out to a 5-star dinner. The dinners alone, 12 years, were $19 to $30 each. Salad, dessert, drinks were all extras.
