SSNs are attack boats, ie hunter-killers that go after other subs and major surface combatants, tho they could be armed with nuclear tipped land attack cruise missiles I suppose. SSBNs or boomers are the missile boats.

I stand corrected...you are right. The missile boats are Ohio class, based mostly in King's Bay, no?
