Thanks for posting this. Hanoi john IS a big part of the massive egg-tomato-spit hysteria that went on back then. kerry said he was also guilty of commiting the same atrocities that he accused others of, well why the heck was he not prosecuted then??? My husband was there and I promise you that his memories of interacting with kids and civilians over there is completely opposite of kerry's.

As for getting the word out, I do what I can on one on one basic. We have to start somewhere, one vote at a time, and a lot of people are ignorant of what kerry is. Some actually think that he is indeed a war "hero." After my gag reflex subsides, I then explain and point out facts about him/it.

Here on FR, sometimes it feels like we are preaching to the choir, though it is good to vent and sound off with one another.

Ultimately, we have to pray.
