Not true. If one is born in Panama, as an example, no matter the nationality of one's parents, one is a Panamanian forever. There is no office to where one can go and renounce one's citizenship This is interesting. If one is required to renounce allegiancies to other countries in order to become a U.S. citizen, but one won't or can't, then perhaps that person can't become a U.S. Citizen??? (Just a thought.)

You are correct. You might want to think about Mark Rich who is running around the world and avoiding U.S. extradition with 5 passports (his first was not U.S.). He is hiding in Europe. Why do we not null his passport? Why is Sorros (sp?) running around with a U.S. passport? He committed crimes before he was given his U.S. citizenship. Who the heck gave these crooks their passports? For one thing, Crooked Clinton gave Rich a free pass before he left office. I don't know under whom Sorros' U.S. citizenship was approved. That would be intersting.
