You are correct. You might want to think about Mark Rich who is running around the world and avoiding U.S. extradition with 5 passports (his first was not U.S.). He is hiding in Europe. Why do we not null his passport? Why is Sorros (sp?) running around with a U.S. passport? He committed crimes before he was given his U.S. citizenship. Who the heck gave these crooks their passports? For one thing, Crooked Clinton gave Rich a free pass before he left office. I don't know under whom Sorros' U.S. citizenship was approved. That would be intersting.
