The US and Iraqi investigators are trying to identify the captive and has sent his DNA sample for testing, the unconfirmed report indicated. Do we have a sample of his DNA to match it against?

They probably held onto him for a few days so the Democrats wouldn't nominate him.

"Make him watch Barbara Streisand's Yentl about twenty times. He'll tell you anything you want." Make him watch Kerry's speech last night and he'll vote for GWB! ;-)

If I remember correctly it took several days before we admitted to capturing Saddam.

I know this has been a rumor at best...
My personal hope is that this sort of monster "disappear".
And that little pieces of him arrive via FedEx envelopes at the residences
of the leaders of Syria, Iran, etc.
With a small note saying something like "Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue".

When a USA top gun steps to the plate, I'll believe it. Until then, I have to remain sceptical (But I sure have my fingers crossed and I hope he has sand flees in his jocks.)

True.
It's swirling too many places to be totally discounted, in my opinion.

A box of twinkies might help him forget.

Here's a couple:
Watching Tah-RAY-za Ketchup Queen do a s-l-o-w striptease
Making him read Gore's "Earth In The Balance"
Either one, guaranteed to kill.

Stuff him headfirst into an outhouse.
Slowly and repeatedly.
For many days...over many years...and decades.
On pay-per-view.

Ok - but we should cut off and grill his schwanzstucker for the German canibal first... let him watch the feast, then feed him through the wood chipper.

If I remember correctly it took several days before we admitted to capturing Saddam. it took about six hours, and that's probably only because it was 3:00 eastern time when it happened.

Its now been more than 24 hours since this first appeared, with all mention of it tracking back to the original Bulgarian-sourced story. It seems mention of it is pretty much confined to the Arab and Asia/Pacific press, and to related conjecture on the web, notably here. As much as I'd like for it to be real, I've gotta say I see little liklihood there's any "THERE" there.
