Good post.   She's pretty much 'beating the drum' so to speak, to rally people around an important issue.  IMO we're way past that stage and we need come up with hard numbers describing what the problem is, and a clear program as to how to fix it.  Nobody wants to do that because usually such plans get nowhere except to get a lot of cat-calls from all sides.  Your thoughts?
