It added: "No animal should be sacrificed for human greed, let alone boiled alive." OK -- I hearby endorse the boiling of Lobster Liberation Front members. In fact, I am going to have lobster for dinner tonight (my way of supporting the lobster fishing industry).

It added: "No animal should be sacrificed for human greed, let alone boiled alive." Are they suggesting that we eat our lobster raw?

Destroying a mans life to protest an animals life. Did they learn this in college?
Hope they like living in Prison when they get caught. Funny that they will end up in cages like the lobsters.

The statement by an organisation calling itself the Lobster Liberation Front included a warning that "the war against the lobster industry has begun".

Oh boy. These guys better not mess with my brother's or my brother-in-law's traps. They're liable to be looking down the barrel of an 870 Marine Magnum...

I have always wondered what the animal rights nuts do when they find roaches (which are related to lobsters) in their homes.

"buccaneers"? No, pirates.
Hopefully these yahoos get caught red-handed at sea, where admiralty law applies. Then perhaps they could be charged with piracy, which I think is still a hanging offence, under admiralty law.

I'm confused. Are these people members of the Lobster Liberation Front, The People's Front of Lobsters, The Lobster's People Front, or the Lobster's Popular People's Front?
Well at least they're not the Romans. I'm mean, what good have they ever done?

I'm just off to the store to pick up 2 lobsters for my wifes birthday dinner. We'll be sure to enjoy them even more now.

Mr Lander, a father of two, said: "The Lander family has been lobster fishing in Dorset for over 200 years. If these people have a real problem with what we do they should have the decency to come and speak to us and not threaten my family or our livelihood."Mr. Lander obviously knows what NOT to say to the media. The '200 year' and 'threaten my family' references clearly indicates his intentions if he ever catches these jerks. Smart fella.

Don't remember where I read about this, but someone observed that the farther we moved away from an agricultural society, the more we see the rise of these animal rights groups. Probably because they become detached from the chain of life that accepts that something must die for you to eat, and therefore survive. They proceed to Disney-fy all animals and think they need special protection. Interesting line of thinking.
