The best risque vanity plate I've heard of is "3M TA3", which is innocuous when seen normally, but takes on new meaning when seen in someone's rear-view mirror...
As for the folks who were offended by the acronym on the "GOTMILF" plate, it sort of reminds me of the women who called the police to report someone who was "whistling dirty songs".

"3M TA3" was also the jet's tail number on the cover of the Beastie Boys' first album, "Licensed to Ill".
