I don't know about issues, but I have read that the essence of beauty is having symmetrical features. IOW, he's BUTT UGLY! That could create issues of its own.

Lana Turner has a face that is symmetrical and I suspect Liz Taylor has one too. They always appeared devoid of facial emotional expression to me.
