I just don't get it. Some veterans who served in VN want to say they support him. He got on the boat to the convention where I saw about 19 or so. I still don't believe it a minute!!! Like you said and others, and I ALSO believe -- he may have a few supporters. The rest must be lying.
It galls me NO END!! That this is so mis-represented. I know it does others also.
I'm just talking as a partner to a 100% P&T mentally disabled Vietnam veteran. [if you don't know the term, 100%P&T means permanently and totally disabled for your lifetime.] Lifetime mentally disabled from service over there is not a candy walk. PTSD is not a fable.
I don't talk for him. Just his partner for about 20 years.
