I was in the other room and ran back when I heard him mention the 9/11 commission.

It reminded me to ask if anyone else heard Pete Williams this morning report that since the 9/11 commission knows Congress won't grant them an extension, ***they are looking into private funding to keep going***. By what power would they claim to be operating? I had heard it earlier when I was away from FR and then forgot to look for an article and such until Hoeffel's comment just now.
