Why go if you can't be seen or heard?

I wouldn't spend any time in the "Pen." But I keep thinking Fanueil Hall must be an open area?

Downtown Boston is an open area, but it, too, looks like an armed camp. There are Mass. Nat. Guard MPs all over the place, along with the usual police.
