Is it possible that sometime early last year, in a darkened room, on the outskirts of Chappaqua, a meeting took place?
Bill, Hillary, Terry and James, over a bottle of Jack Daniels, pondered the fate of the Democrat party. They were thinking of ways to keep the party in their control, with plans to capture the white house.
They needed a candidate that could not win under any circumstances. So going through the FBI files, err... going through the list of potential candidates, they came across one so inept that he couldn't win a spelling bee if he was spotted the i in the word is.
He was as anti American as can be, he flip flopped on everything, he had 3 purple hearts but won't say for what, he refused to give up his senate seat to run for president, his wife is a loose cannon, his wife won't report on her tax returns, they both are very wealthy although neither earned their money by working, his brother negotiated contracts with the North Vietnamese all while he pretended that there were no POW's left in Nam, He has no vision, no moral clarity, no positions on any issue.
Sitting there, finishing the bottle off, they looked at each other and wondered if he was the one that could polarize the country enough so that Hillary can come to the parties rescue in 08. They agreed...
That is how John Kerry became the assumptive nominee for President of the United States.

It's over. Historical record shows that no candidate whose spouse hated Pumpkin Spice cookies ever won a Presidential election.
