Who cares?Older & single women. The substance mattered little, what connects is that she was spotlighted and was heard. She was boring and somewhat ordinary(in appearance and delivery), just like any audience member asking a question on Oprah. That makes her relatable in their eyes, regardless if they don't relate to what she said. Speech was boring, but I think it accomplished what it set out to do. Its the dems, emotion and images, not words, are what matter.

If she is the paradigm of the perfect independent outspoken woman, then that demographic has some loose screws. I think she fulfilled better the image of the type that male chauvinist pigs have in their minds eye - irrational, sexless, and boring, and self-centered. That's my un-PC remark for the month. Enjoy.
