Holy Land, which claims to be the largest U.S. Muslim charity, has been shut down since about $4 million of its assets were frozen by the U.S. government in late 2001. Why did it take until July 27, 2004 to get indictments???

Good question considering they were under investigation since 1994 and I believe there were indictsment in 95' 96',they were also the home of the IAP, Islamic Association for Palestine, whose homepage logo used to be the same as Hamas.
