Kerry and Pot
ABC Morning News | 7-27-2004 | me

OMG!!!!!!!!!
Was watching the ABC Morning news and caught a segment on Kerry, his "lighter" moments taken by personal camcorders.
One shot was of him and Peter Yarrow(of Peter-Paul-Mary) singing "Puff The Magic Dragon". When the words got to puff--Kerry put his fingers to his lips like someone would to describe smoking a joint.
But then he quickly stopped and waved off the move. Yes I did see it...that was better then a cup of java.

Exposing drug user history is not a path that will benefit Bush

I don't see a 58 year old Bush mimicing smoking a joint with a washed up old 60's hippie group.

No you don't. You also don't see Bush being forthcoming about his history of cocaine use.

Get back to me when you have proof and also when you have a picture of a 58 year old Bush rolling up a dollar bill and mimicing snorting with some loser 60's hippie band.

I guess. I have done that with friends who used to smoke it. I did it in a mocking manor. I just dont see a big deal and the rest of America wont either after the Clinton "presidency"...

It's another brick that makes up the House of Kerry, though. What do you suppose would be the result, if Bush or Cheney were seen doing that?

Obviously, it would be an "outrage" and the leftists in the media would pummel him. Whats your point?

What cocaine use by Bush?

If you have direct evidence of Bush using cocaine, post it. Otherwise STFU!

There was more evidence of Bill Clinton's cocaine use and it never was an issue.

JFK smoked pot in the White House, used all sorts of prescription drugs, and allegedly even took LSD while Commander in Chief.

The question is can this person be entrusted to lead this country?

Groundskeeping: evening out the playing field.

Also known as matching throw-weight, in the Cold War era.

What cocaine use by Bush?

Please. When questioned about his use of drugs he had to qualify his answer to say that he hadn't used in 'x' amount of years.

Maybe you don't understand what that means but people with more than a few brain cells understood.

By the way, his one time being a drug user is not a condemnation to me. Shows he was actually more along the lines of the normal in his youth.

There is no evidence to support your stupid accusations. George W.Bush never made any remarks about cocaine use. STFU!

Was it about other drugs? Now I've got to drag up the old quotes so you can stop behaving like a retarded parrot.

First he refused to confirm or deny it. Later he would say only that "when I was young and irresponsible, I was young and irresponsible."

Next he said that the issue wasn't relevant. Then he said that he wouldn't address "rumors."

Then he said that he could pass a standard security check dating back seven years.

Finally, he said that he could've passed the security check in his father's White House -- fifteen years. Though he had to think before specifying whether he could've passed it then or now.

What is your interpretation of Bush's behavior?

allegedly even took LSD while Commander in Chief.

I have no way of knowing if this is true or not, but it was legal at the time.
