If I name my 7-11 stand "Walt Disney World Pop and Gas", yes I will find myself in violation of copyright laws. If I use Mickey, Minnie or any Disney trademark, I will be sued.
However, if I state that "Hodar's filling station is 2 miles past Walt DisneyWorld on Highway 5", this would not be actionable. If I say that group x will meet at the Port Orleans Resort, at Walt DisneyWorld (super resort, BTW!), again, I have not committed crime. This is EXACTLY what the gay organizations are doing.
