Given those statutes, perhaps a more worthwhile channel of activism for conservatives to follow with Six Flags is to (1) inform the parent company of the lewdness laws with a request that they be strictly enforced, and (2) have knowledgable people in attendence to immediately report violations of the lewdness statutes to park security in the exact same manner they would report a thief, pick pocket, or other criminal operating on park premises. If Six Flags refuses to enforce the law given those two items then a case solid case may be made for their complicity in "gay day."
Now, if only we could find a way to prosecute the homo event's sponsors for conspiracy to commit public lewdness...

You have 100% of my support in this.
However, if I were the General Manager of this park; I would already be doing this as a matter of self-preservation. A GM position at a park pays big, with bonus's paid for increasing revenues. One way to blow a career and a major-league bonus is to tolerate behavior that drives sales away.

Finally, an idea that I can get behind. The lewdness statutes should absolutely be enforced, and it wouldn't be a bad idea to increase security during this event since Six Flags has been made aware of the increased gay presence.
A refreshing post amongst a sea of nonsense.
