One of my Left Wing nut job friends thought it would be funny to put me on Kerrys mailing list. Yesterday I received the letter above and, of course, attached to the letter was also a solicitation for a campaign contribution.
As you can see above, it also came with a metered return envelope. So I thought I'd turn the tables on my liberal friend and send J.K. a handful of fishing weights and let the Kerry Campaign pay the postage. Or, I could actually send him a campaign contribution, only it would be an envelope full of pennies. (I wonder if the postage would be more than the value of the pennies?).
Here's where I need your help... As I was pondering what to do with the envelope I thought: the gang over at Free Republic is a creative group, why not solicit ideas from them.
So please reply back with your ideas, keep it legal, and Ill use the cleverest idea . (Oh, I whited out the permit number from the scanned image of the envelope above. I know that no Freeper would ever use if for illegal purposes, but you never know what kind of unsavory characters else might be lurking!)
OK, someone please help me out. Where can i post these images? Yahoo isn't working! Sorry!
So let's see, from my 10 second skim: the Pubbies are running a say anything, do anything campaign? Sounds like the Dems to me. And ANWAR? OK, Michael Moore says we aren't friends with the Saudis and we shouldn't have invaded Iraq. Just where are we going to get oil?
The simplest and most effective method is either just send the letter back in the metered envelope, or fill out the forms pledging a decent amount, but omit the check. The latter option is only for those willing to continue to receive mailings reminding them of the pledge.
