Jim Cara thought it would be really funny to get a license plate reading "NOTAG" for his motorcycle.
That's until the plate came in the mail with over 200 unpaid parking tickets, reports the News-Journal of Wilmington, Del.

A long time ago a woman here in NY crashed the DMV computer with a "Circular Reference".
Her first license was Jane Doe
married, it changed to Jane Smith
divorced and married again, Jane Jones
divorced and married again, Jane Black
divorced and REMARRIED her first husband!
DMV had to shut it down and reboot.
don't remember how they rectified the CR.

Not that I got the joke to begin with, like all the other smarties around here...I didn't...but now realize that Muttly's Annual Sun-Spot-Induced X-Ray Vision made him see it frontways backward....so vision must have travelled around the Earth and saw Lic. Plate from the other side...
