Where did you you get "vote for Kerry" out of my comment? And if you think I am a troll, I must be a very patient one. Check sign up dates.

"Mr. Berger's defenders note that he is known for his sloppiness, and that it took multiple assistants to keep him organized during his tenure as national security adviser. But his detractors remember something more sinister about his years in the Clinton White House: Even then he was manipulating classified information to achieve political goalsThis is priceless! So we hire a National Security Adviser and he is so competent that we then have to hire watchers in order to keep him on track! Are we ever, as a country, going to recover from the Clinton Administration?
AND ----what the heck is going to happen to us when Clinton II take over?

The media should have a class action lawsuit brought against them for their handling of this story - they have absolutely REFUSED to COVER IT! It's NO WHERE in my local paer...
To: rwfromkansas
Why does a FORMER government official still have access to classified material? That's not the former president's fault. Is anybody awake in this present government?
Berger should HAVE NO ACCESS TO CLASSIFIED INFO....PERIOD!

I can imagine the individual that has the necessary clearance to be head cashier in a bank that inadvertently takes off with the days cash box. He then realizes when confronted by the local FBI office: "Why I inadvertinately took some of the cash home with me". Upon returning the cash, Mr. Berglar realizes the total cash returned does not equal the amount that was taken.
Mr. Berglar then says: "Why I inadvertinately lost some of the cash". The judge in this case replies: "You will inadvertinately serve twenty". Comparing the Berglar case to the Berger case, one cannot help but wonder why classified documents involving national security are of somewhat less importance than cash. Could it be that there is an unspoken aura of protection among top political figures?

#11..Raven, I've subscribed to
World.for years!
It's legit, and although I haven't read the article yet, just skimming through this thread....just saw it....
..I seriously doubt it would be giving Berger a pass!!
Seriously doubt!
To: The Raven
OK, read it.....no pass to Berger!
To: rwfromkansas
Doesn't matter. The dems obviously leaked the Berger deal a week before the DNC thus resulting in it being a one week story max and then it dies. Would have been better to have the Berger story come out after the DNC or better yet after the RNC.
To: plain talk
If there is an indictment, it will be back in the news.
If not, probably not.

If Berger doesn't get thrown under the jail for multiple felonies, it'll tell us just a little bit more about the attitudes of Our Rulers.
The problem is since Archive staff themselves broke multiple rules, Burglar should be able to walk free.
The pound of political flesh should come from the Congressional investigation that begins after the Democratic convention.

Is this like a robber "mishandling" the bank's money?
In this WORLD exclusive, Congressman Curt Weldon says, "This is the second time now that we have a documented case of Berger mishandling classified information" | by Bob Jones

LOL'; but this 'truth in humor' hurts. . ."Kerry steals Cookies...Berger steals Documents..."
Bottom line, is that truth truth never serves a Liberal.
They cannot be trusted and never should hold any positions where national security is an issue.
Period.
Michael Moore-lies is probably working on a sequel. He will most likely have Cheney stuffing papers in his socks as he looks over classified documents. . .
