This morning looks like a "spiritual" experience under the Cult of Clintonism. (Media included)!

The only question I want answered, by every D in front of a camera today is "What do you think the appropriate punishment for Sandy Berger should be, for the crime of stealing Top Secret Code Word papers from the National Archives?"

Wishful thinking:
This afternoon Drudge or someone drops a big one--the scandal, the ender of political careers, the truth-- and this turns the Democrat Convention upside down. And the infighting begins for a new nominee.
It would make for good TV. And the major nets and CNN and MSNBC would use a boost in ratings.
Alas, and alack, this whole Convention seems to be shaping up to be as dull as one of Kerry's rambling, inane, dull, boring, laborious, monotonous stump speeches.

Georgia Whitkin, the psycho-analyst-commentator on FoxNews, has started to let her bias show in her comments recently.
She seems to be very supportive of the Kerry-Edwards team when she makes her commentaries. She glosses over some their foibles and seems to be giving them cover.
I noticed this tone emerging last weekend.

Lots of (D)ummies in that lineup. Oh well, I needed to get an early start on getting some trees trimmed anyway.

Lama-bama-ding-dong talking on NBC. I'm going jogging.
The stupid Republican organization is going to let this lefist clown get elected through their incompetence; then he'll be entrenched in a Senatorial seat helping to block judicial nominees, etc.
...........and the geniuses at the RNC want a donation from me.

Hamilton (9-11 Commission) on MPT is giving me the impression that the Commission couldn't go after GWB, as not having an interest in terrorism before 9-11, without Clinton being brought into that same allegation. Thus, it was easier for the Commission to find another scapegoat---CIA is always a convenient one. After all, they certainly don't want to dent Clinton's legacy.

Tim has lost his everylovin' mind.
He just posed that Kean and Hamilton should co-run the new government intel oversight office.
[I thought the creation of the Homeland Security Department and appointing Ridge as secretary was supposed to function as the 'super agency.' Why now do we need another 'super secretary' as a Terrorism Czar? It would seem that the last thing we need now in the WoT is another bureaucratic layer. Wasn't having too many bureaucratic layers one of the causes for not being able to analyse the intel data? ---sorry--momentary rational thought; forgot we are talking about Capitol Hill politicians. Nevermind........]

Brokaw on explaining why Kerry is still polling behind Bush---American people don't know Kerry, and this week will give Kerry a chance to introduce himself to the American people.
[This is going to come from 3 hours total Convention coverage and Kerry's acceptance speech? Brokaw is carrying water for Kerry this morning.]

What the RNC needs to do:
Get an excellent analyst to go line by line, word by word through Kerry's speeches. Point out all the ambiguities, nebulous statements, meaningless gobbledygook.
This will show that Kerry's speeches may sound haughty and mighty and important, but actually contain nothing of substance.
MTP just ran part of the Kerry interview with Brokaw. Kerry used the same old 'I have a plan, but...'
Brokaw, of course, didn't ask for any details of the plan(s).
