Regarding that Caddy Escalade with Canadian license plates, they normally don't buy them (the don't typically invest in America or Canada). They do however, rent or lease them. Wonder what info our alphabets could pull from names/addresses of those leasing vehicles from rental agencies and auto dealerships. Those lists might include some who slipped over our borders and are using false ID. It'd be interesting to put those dots together.
