A lot of the DC area financial infrastructure is in Northern VA, so I would guess it includes them too.

Spare them, Merciful Father, from the sight of spilled blood upon our shores ... bring to light each and every massacre planned against us; bind every merciless enemy with the immovable chains of prayer and petition; cause this evil to turn on itself in confusion and chaos ... great is the strength of the enemy, but greater are You, O God. Continue to be our Shield and Defender, for this nation is founded upon Your Word and Your principles ... may it be defended in Your Name.
