Isn't that what how the "Kennedy" nuke was supposed to have been assembled in the Soviet Embassy, circa 1961?

"Pop" says it's doubtful that the "pouch" would have had enough shielding for that era nuke not to kill everybody standing nearby, let alone carrying it. Also that era weapon would have been larger than what we refer to as a suitcase device today. Significantly larger.
